Cabinet Construction

Featured Image - Cabinet Construction

All of our cabinets are built using a frameless construction method.  This allows for a clean cut modern look where all of the doors and drawer fronts meet each other without large spacing in between (something you would see with typical older frame style cabinets).  Frame style cabintes are still available upon request.

Each cabinet part is precicely cut and machined on our state of the art CNC.  Edgebanding is applied to the required parts by passing them through our edgebanding machine.  The parts are cleaned off and the cabinet is put together by hand.

The cabinet box is made of 5/8″ thick material including the backing.  The components of each box are fit together using a dado construction method for added strenth.  White is the standard interior color but other options are available such as classic maple.

All of the shelves are fully adjustable.
